You can import your logins from Brave into ExpressKeys using your computer or Android device.

Import your Brave logins using your computer

  1. Open Brave and click the hamburger menu (☰).Hamburger menu in Brave browser.
  2. Click Settings.Settings in Brave browser.
  3. Click Autofill and passwords > Password Manager.Password settings in Brave browser.
  4. Click the hamburger menu (☰).Password settings in Brave browser.
  5. Click Settings.Password settings in Brave browser.
  6. Next to Export passwords, click Download file.Export passwords from Brave browser.
  7. Enter your device password and save the CSV file to your computer.

2. Import your logins into ExpressKeys

  1. In Brave, install the ExpressKeys browser extension for Chrome.
  2. In the toolbar, open Extensions (jigsaw icon) and click ExpressKeys.ExpressKeys browser extension in Brave.
  3. Click the Options tab > Settings.ExpressKeys browser extension settings.
  4. Click Import from existing services.ExpressKeys browser extension import data from existing services.
  5. Select Other.ExpressKeys browser extension import data from Brave.
  6. Click Choose File.ExpressKeys browser extension import data from Brave.
  7. Select the CSV file you exported earlier and click Open.ExpressKeys browser extension import data from Brave.
  8. Your data will import automatically. You should see a green tick next to your file.ExpressKeys browser extension import data from Brave.

3. Delete your logins from Brave

Brave will continue to prompt you to fill your logins for sites or services, interfering with ExpressKeys. To prevent this, delete your logins from Brave.

Important: After you delete your logins from Brave, you cannot recover them. Make sure to import all your logins from Brave into ExpressKeys before you delete them.

To delete all your logins at once, follow these steps:

  1. In Brave, click the hamburger menu (☰).Hamburger menu in Brave browser.
  2. Click Settings.Settings in Brave browser.
  3. Click Autofill and passwords > Password Manager.Password manager in Brave browser.
  4. Click the hamburger menu (☰).Password manager in Brave browser.
  5. Click Settings.Password manager in Brave browser.
  6. Next to Delete all Password Manager data, click Delete.Delete all passwords in Brave browser.

To delete your logins individually, follow these steps:

  1. In Brave, click the hamburger menu (☰).Hamburger menu in Brave browser.
  2. Click Settings.Settings in Brave browser.
  3. Click Autofill and passwords > Password Manager.Password manager in Brave browser.
  4. Click the arrow (>) next to the login you want to delete.Password manager settings in Brave browser.
  5. Click Delete.Password manager settings in Brave browser.

To prevent Brave from auto-filling names, emails, and addresses, follow these steps:

  1. In Brave, click the hamburger menu (☰).Hamburger menu in Brave browser.
  2. Click Settings.Settings in Brave browser.
  3. Click Autofill and passwords, then turn off the toggle next to Allow auto-fill in private windows.Autofill settings in Brave browser.
  4. Click Payment methods.Payment method autofill settings in Brave browser.
  5. Turn off the toggle next to Save and fill payment methods.Payment method autofill settings in Brave browser.
  6. Click the arrow (<) to go back, then click Addresses and more.Addresses autofill settings in Brave browser.
  7. Turn off the toggle next to Save and fill addresses.Addresses autofill settings in Brave browser.
