If you’re unable to save new logins and other items (secure notes, files, and credit/debit cards) or update existing ones, follow the steps below for the version of ExpressKeys you are using.

ExpressKeys browser extension
Check if the issue is resolved after each step:
- Check that the ExpressKeys extension is up to date.
- Chrome: Go to chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode, and if you see an Update button for ExpressKeys, click to update it.
- Firefox: Go to about:addons. Click the settings icon (gear) in the top-right, then select Check for Updates. Firefox will install any available extension updates.
- Sign out, reload the extension, then sign back into your ExpressKeys account.
- Disable and enable the ExpressKeys extension:
- Chrome: Go to chrome://extensions and toggle the switch for the ExpressKeys extension.
- Firefox: Go to about:addons, select the three dots for the ExpressKeys extension, and click Remove.
- On the same page, remove the extension entirely, then reinstall it.

Check if the issue is resolved after each step:
- Download and install the latest version of the ExpressKeys app for Android or iOS.
- Sign out of the ExpressKeys app, then sign in again.
- Disable other password managers to avoid conflicts with ExpressKeys.
