How to change or reset your vault password

This guide will show you how to change or reset your vault password. If you do not remember your vault password, you can reset it with your recovery code by following the same steps below.

ExpressKeys Chrome extension

1. Install and set up the ExpressKeys Chrome extension.
2. Open the ExpressKeys browser extension.
3. Click the Options tab, then Settings.
4. Select Change primary password.

If you remember your vault password

1. Enter your existing vault password, then click Verify.
2. Set a new primary password, re-enter it in the second field, and click Set Primary Password to confirm.

If you do not remember your vault password

1. Click Forgot Primary Password?
2. Click Use Recovery Code and follow the instructions.
3. Enter your recovery code and click Enter.
4. Set your new password, re-enter it, and click Set Primary Password to confirm.

1. In the app, tap .
2. Tap Access and Recovery.

If you remember your vault password

1. Enter your vault password, then tap Verify.
2. Tap Change Vault Password.
3. Enter a new vault password, re-enter it, and tap Set Vault Password to confirm the change.

If you do not remember your vault password

1. Enter your password incorrectly and tap Verify.
2. Tap Use Recovery Code.
3. Enter your recovery code, then tap CONTINUE.
4. Enter and re-enter a new vault password, then tap Set Vault Password.
